On the morning of Aug 23rd, 2017, the Zhongyuan Silk Road Fund was officially announced to be established in Zhengzhou with several investment projects signed at the same time. This fund is co-founded by three partners, Henan Civil Aviation Development & Investment Co., Ltd, Avic Trust Co., Ltd and Henan Modern Service Industry Investment Fund.
